So you may have problems if you ran updates before they pulled it. (You may also need to do F12 so it boots from the USB stick.) You can download a Windows recovery ISO specific for your computer from Dell, but I'm not sure what extra it can do.īeyond that, they pulled the recent 1.02 BIOS because it was frying some people's machines. If there are no reported hardware issues, I'd try to boot from a USB stick with Windows on it, and try a repair or fresh install. If you keep tapping F12 when booting, you hopefully can get to the boot options where you can run hardware diagnostics, to see if that's reporting any hardware issues.
